NILUG Technical Session for September, 2009

Tuesday, September 15th, 2009

The NILUG technical session is held on the fourth Saturday of each month at F1 For Help in Rathdrum, ID. This month, the meeting will be held on 26 September. The meeting starts at the usual time of 1pm. See our Meeting Information page for details of how to get to the F1 For Help computer store. Our thanks go out to Joe for volunteering his store for the meetings.

The NILUG technical sessions are devoted to helping users install Linux on their computers, answering questions about Linux and Open Source software, and answering questions about how to do things in Linux. Everyone is invited to attend this session. No question is too silly to ask, as long as it is about Linux or Open Source instead of Windows.

The text for the talk that Michael Burton gave at our September, 2009 General Session has been added to our web site for the benefit of those who were unable to attend. If you are interested in either installing and using VirtualBox or ensuring that your hard drives are always mounted when you start up Linux, you should take a look at the web page.
