We welcome all articles from anyone concerning Linux and Unix applications. You can submit them to the web site and we will publish them.
Please don't forget that the December NILUG meeting will be held on the first Saturday of the month instead of the second.
We will go back to second Saturday meetings in January.
I hope everyone is looking forward to the NILUG meeting tomorrow, and is planning to attend. It should be interesting.
Installfest?
Now that winter is coming on and people are prone to staying at home instead of wandering all around the country, maybe it's time for us to plan a well-advertised, full-bore Linux Installfest. An all day affair, where the public is invited to bring their machines to a public venue so we can help them install our beloved operating system on them and cure them of the proprietary blues.
What do you think? Should we plan on this for sometime in the early part of next year?
